Union Global

Building the institutional infrastructure of organized labour.

Union Global is a multi-division institution building, owning, and operating the infrastructure the labour ecosystem needs

Infrastructure

THE REALITY

The global labour ecosystem
operates at massive scale

The work remains unstructured — fragmented across disconnected systems and legacy workflows.

These limitations reduce coordination, visibility, and overall performance across institutions.

Connected system

THE SYSTEM

Built as a Connected System

A unified infrastructure layer — not a collection of services.

Each component operates independently while reinforcing coordination, demand, and long-term continuity.

THE PLATFORM

A Unified Platform

Union Global introduces a structured system designed to bring integration, coordination, and long-term stability to the labour ecosystem.

A platform where core functions operate as one.

Union Software

Digital infrastructure for governance, operational workflows, and institutional coordination.

Union Work Force

A labour deployment and intelligence layer connecting workers, skills, and demand across industries.

Union Treasury

A long-horizon capital layer investing in unionized public companies, aligned to system stability and continuity.

THESIS

The labour movement has built a century of extraordinary institutions. The next generation will be defined by how those institutions integrate across capital, workforce, and operations, and by who builds the infrastructure that connects them.

Organized labour holds significant capital. The ecosystem requires investment. The conditions for integration are present.

Union Global is being built in response. It connects operating systems, workforce coordination, financial infrastructure, and institutional capital into a unified platform.

Today, this takes shape through three companies. Over time, it expands to include whatever infrastructure the labour movement requires.
